Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. Simply reach out to us and we'll get you sorted.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Contact us at shopovelon@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We'll provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
